A suggested eating regime includes having fruit for breakfast and then for the rest of the day having a combination of raw vegetables and fruit.
After a week of eating fruits and vegetables you can start to introduce other foods back into your diet, such as lean protein and high fiber carbohydrates. If you eat dairy products then these should be the low fat or skim versions. You can also help cleanse your body by eating certain herbs such as green tea, milk thistle, burdock and dandelion root as these are all beneficial to the liver.
Other supplements that can help eliminate or block toxin build up include Vitamin C. Vitamin C is used in the body to produce glutathione which blocks toxins in the body. So eat plenty of citrus fruits and kiwis or start taking a vitamin C supplement.
Besides eating properly you also want to exercise. Yoga and martial arts are recommended because they not only work the muscles but also help you get rid of stress and exercise the mind. Meditation is also recommended as you want to get rid of any negative emotions and be more positive. A body cleanse detox is a full body approach to being healthy and feeling great.
