The second thing you have to do is to make sure your brain have enough resources to thrive. Just as your muscles require protein, etc to thrive, so does your brain. As a common rule, the more green vegetables you consume, the better it is for your brain.

It is also crucial that you stay away from sugar in all its form. This is maybe the most difficult to do for the reason that sugar makes up such a big chunk of our diet…
