Most importantly, never cut the toe nails at an angle, always cut them straight ahead. Use emery board to file the corners instead. This will prevent the danger of ingrown toe nail. Also, never cut them too deep.
• Do not wear the shoes that are too small or too inflexible. Tight shoes and high heels can create problems in foot as well as the overall posture. Avoid high heels as much as possible. Try to use them occassionaly where you don’t have to walk around much. Also wear clean cotton socks everydaydaily.
• Healthy feet are very important for overall heath and vice versa. Maintaining a healthy weight, will help you reducing the burden on your feet. Hence, minimizing the chances of numerous foot ailments.
• Finally, do not overlook any suspicious discoloration or transformation or pain in your feet. Consult your physician as early as you can and avoid any serious problem if diagnosed in initial stage.
